NOTICE FOR THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF WELLNGTON WATER POLO Board

Dear Members,
Notice is hereby given to all members that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Wellington Water Polo Board (WWPB) will be held on Wednesday the 28 September 2022 at 19:00. The meeting will be held in the upstairs meeting room at Huia Pool Lower Hutt.

Clubs and other interested parties have until Wednesday 21 September to:
1. Provide items for discussion under the Notice/s of Motion
2. Provide items for discussion under General Business

Please note that:
The quorum at the Annual General Meeting shall be a minimum of six members of the
Executive Committee. If, at the end of 30 minutes after the time appointed in the notice
for the opening of the meeting, there is no quorum the meeting shall stand and adjourn
for one week. If at such a meeting there is no quorum those members present shall be
competent to discharge the business of the meeting.
