27 Jul 2014 U14 & U16 Get Fit & Strength Sessions
All U14 and U16 players are invited to attend Friday night Get Fit and Strength Sessions at Naenae Pool through to the end of term 6.30 to 8 pm

These are optional sessions for your normal age group training sessions and are for those players who want to improve their personal fitness, stamina, endurance to last four quarters and leg strength ahead of U16 and U14 Nationals.

Members of the Senior Men?s squad will be taking these ?ball free? sessions.  Be prepared to be challenged and work hard if you are to gain anything from these sessions.

Matt Bryant will be coaching the sessions on 1 and 8 August.
